  • Short listed regional entrants will be invited to attend their regional final.  (Reasonable travel expenses will be covered by Commercial Finance).
  • Three winning regional finalists will receive a prize of  £250, and this money will be matched for their college or university.
  • Winning regional finalists will be invited to attend the national final in person. (Reasonable travelling expenses will be covered by Commercial Finance).
  • The national winner will receive £5,000 and £5,000 for their college, £2,000 for second place and £1,000 for third place, plus matched amounts for their college or university.
  • Additionally the national winners will be given the opportunity to attend an optional work placement during summer 2010. Remuneration for the work placement is to be covered by Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance. 
  • Work placement option will be available until (1st September 2010)
  • The national winner and runners-up may also see their work used in Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance direct marketing, press advertising and online campaigns during 2010/2011 with full accreditation.
  • Upon receipt of a prize, the Artist is the owner of the copyright of the Artwork. However, it is a condition of the entry that works submitted may be photographed and filmed for Press purposes. 
  • For Winning artworks, Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance will hold the exclusive right by way of licence to produce, reproduce and publish the Artwork (whether in whole or in part) as an integral part of their marketing campaigns from time to time of Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance in all media. Commercial Finance shall have the right of free reproduction of all exhibited works for all catalogues, posters, postcards, DVDs, exhibition website and other promotional and educational material in connection with the prizes and exhibition.
  • The Winning students original Artwork will remain with Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance as part of their art collection for a period of one year (from date of the formal agreement which will be issued to winning students).
